If I’ve counted correctly that is.
We capped our current lives this weekend. This life I have run a pure Ranger, with Rach running her mostly Druid with a bit of Rogue & Wizard. The combination has worked out really well (again!). Once we got to a higher level especially, as Rach would Earthquake the mobs while I picked them off. They didn’t really have a chance ๐
This is the first time I’ve played a pure Ranger – it was a lot of fun! But it’s done with now and this morning we Epic Reincarnated then TR’d. This leaves me with 2 lives of Paladin & Sorcerer, and 1 life of Barbarian, Cleric, Druid, FvS, Fighter, Monk and Rogue left to do. It doesn’t seem like a lot when you list it like that. This was also my 3rd Epic Reincarnation of the Arcane Sphere, and I have 3 from each of the other spheres already. So I get the Epic Completionist Feat this time around – yay!.
We’ve checked and Rach has just finished life 28. So she’s not to far behind me considering she decided to go for triple completionist after me. And I have plenty of other characters who could do with a few past lives once Hymm is finished ๐
This time around I’m playing a Shadar Kai Paladin/Rogue/Monk build (stick build – obviously) that I’ve done before while Rach runs a Deep Gnome Wizard. I only have the one Iconic life left to run to have 3 of each – another Deep Gnome. I’ll probably use that when I do Sorcerer – I’m sure I have seen a build with a Wizard splash that will prevent the need to do a Lesser Reincarnation. So I’ve gone with Shadar Kai even though I don’t need to, we like the change between Iconic and Heroic each life so we’ll be sticking with that routine. Also, hopefully Dragonborn will come in while I still have some lives still to do ๐
Have fun, see you around ๐
Epic completionist – wow, very nice! Congrats! ๐
Reblogged this on DDOCentral.
Nice. ‘Gratz. Did you do a ‘Strimtom’s Acid Arrow” build with your ranger? I have a modified version of it and it’s pretty freakin’ sweet.
๐
BTW – I’ve noticed that some WordPress sites (yours and Geoff Hanna’s) make me put it the “https://” in my web site addy and some don’t. Gotta love inconsistencies (NOT!).
