Christmas Blog

OK, there’s nothing actually Christmassy about this blog, apart from the fact it’s Christmas Day tomorrow πŸ˜‰ But, Merry Christmas to you all, hope Santa brings you all the loot you want!

This week in DDO has been fairly steady. I’ve run on Orien Monday & Thursday. Check out Micki’s blog for all our exciting adventures πŸ™‚

Hymm, who I class as my main (and favourite) character has now taken level 16 and thanks to a run of House C challenges on Sunday has caught up with my guildmates and has level 17 banked.

Although he will eventually return to a monk, I am having a lot of fun with him as a barbarian. It turns out, smashing things with an axe is almost as much fun as punching them in the face πŸ™‚

Friday I once again got to run some epics with Legend, as he has already blogged. Always fun to run with friends πŸ˜‰

My second TR also got an outing this week, Fyrne (fighter) is currently at level 14 and we ran the Sands flagging missions. No problems, fun runs.

Sunday evening we teamed up with Samius & Torrance from DG and ran the first Eveningstar chain and several runs of Don’t Drink the Water. Nice XP, but only one dragon scale iirc. We finished off the evening running a few Spinner of Shadows looking for a shard of the golden guile – that didn’t drop either 😦

But, in terms of XP, it was a good weekend. Dimachaerii is now close to level 5 of Shiradi, almost ready to move on to Fury of the Wild πŸ™‚

Have fun, see you around!

  1. Merry Christmas to you. I am very jealous that you get to run with everyone on orien. But hey ho…. Perhaps I should just roll a toon on that server and see how it runs. Anyway.. Have a great day tomorrow.

  2. Nicely done Grim, Merry Christmas to you too πŸ™‚ You need to do a blog on how to run those cannith challenges … they annoy me to no end :/ Or I need to run them more and don’t have the patience to learn them πŸ˜‰
